3. Conference Format and Technical Information
The conference will be divided into a plenary session (held on the morning of the first day) and thematic sessions (taking place on the first and second day), each lasting approximately two hours and chaired by moderators.
Participants presenting papers will receive a certificate from the moderators.
The allocated speaking time is 12–15 minutes. Exceptions to this rule may be granted by the moderator. For remote panels, extended presentations may also be allowed (subject to the moderator’s decision).
Please note that all conference rooms are equipped with multimedia projectors and computers. Every participant will have the opportunity to display a multimedia presentation. All computers have Internet access, enabling participants to download their presentations from online storage, email, or other platforms.

4. Getting to the Venue

1. By train to Rzepin:
Go to Rzepin and then from the Rzepin railway station to Słubice with the University bus. To arrange transportation, it is necessary to submit an online form.

2. By train to Frankfurt (Oder)
Go to Frankfurt (Oder), then on foot (approx. 15 minutes) to the Collegium Polonicum.
Important information for all those intending to come to Słubice by train:
Some trains from Warsaw (Warszawa) and Poznań stop in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany. Those who come to Frankfurt (Oder) Railway Station may take the cross-border bus to Słubice – No. 983. The bus goes from the train station in Frankfurt (Oder), through the stop at the Collegium Polonicum and your accommodation place (Piłsudski Street – “PLAC BOHATERÓW” bus stop). 3. Arrival by car
It is possible to arrive by your own car. There will be a parking lot available on the campus. Guests must walk to the conference location (no parking spaces are provided).
5. Conference catering arrangements
All conference participants are guaranteed meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner on Thursday, breakfast and lunch on Friday.
The meal times will be provided in the schedule.
On Thursday evening, a formal welcome dinner is planned.
6. Withdrawal from Participation
Due to the need for rationalization of expenditures, please inform us about resignation from participation in the conference till end of January by sending an e-mail (europa21@wnpid.amu.edu.pl) or informing the Secretariat of the Dean of the FPS&J (Uniwersytetu Poznanskeigo Street no. 5 – tel.: 61 829 6510, e-mail: natalia.pastucha@amu.edu.pl).

Those who have not yet paid the conference fee, will have the opportunity to do so during the conference at the conference office.
Participants who have marked in the form their desire to receive an invoice, will receive it by email (or, if requested, by mail) after the conference has ended.

Participants who have not yet paid the conference fee will have the opportunity to do so during the conference. Please visit the conference office to make your payment.
Participants who indicated in the registration form a desire to receive an invoice will be sent one via email (or, upon request, by post) after the conference concludes.
